Drew Butler | Hilton Head and Bluffton Real Estate

Drew‘s real estate resume spans 34 years on Hilton Head as a second-generation Island real estate salesman. Unquestionably a strong intangible, Drew’s local knowledge, contacts, and sphere of influence have been the catalyst in his success and setting him apart from the other realtors on Hilton Head. As a successful developer salesman with several of Hilton Head’s high-end developments, Drew learned the importance of customer contact and follow through. As a general brokerage agent, Drew has consistently been a top producer. Drew has ranked in the top in 2% of agents while selling Hilton Head properties and area properties. A selling broker of Indigo Run/ Coastal Homes and Land, Drew ran this local real estate office in the early 2000s. Most recently, since late 2006, Drew continues to be one of Charter One Realty's top agents.

Drew came to Hilton Head Island 47 years ago, when he was 13 and has a true passion and appreciation for this area. Drew can now be called a “local” and combines his love of sports and his business background into the 35 years of real estate experience to provide his clients with solid skills and advice in assisting with both selling and purchasing area real estate. Raised on the Island, Drew took an interest in golf at an early age and earned a golf scholarship, which allowed him to play college golf amongst some of the finest PGA professionals. After attempting the PGA tour only twice, Drew returned to college to complete his MBA, and was subsequently hired by Jack Nicklaus Club management. This position in membership sales led him into full-time real estate sales on beautiful Hilton Head Island in 1985. As a multiple winner of the Hilton Head Open and The Hilton Head Amateur Tournaments, Drew successfully juggled the responsibilities of his business, his golf career, and fatherhood. Drew’s children are born and raised “locals” who have grown up on the Island and have enjoyed all the benefits this community has to offer.

When not working into the long summer evenings, Drew’s leisure time is spent enjoying many of the Low Country’s fabulous gifts – golf, biking, boating, the beach, and gorgeous nature and wildlife. Drew sincerely appreciates The Lowcountry and all that it offers. This, coupled with his experience and commitment to his profession, truly set him apart in this competitive field.
