In my experience, agents representing the home seller often have to wear many hats but most of all have to be connected to the market – Drew is certainly connected to Indigo Run. We hired Drew, and he earned every cent of his commission – and then some.  I was selling my mother’s house long distance on her behalf.  It had a couple of challenges that required many showings to get a handful of offers.  The first contract fell through.  My mother unexpectedly passed away after the second contract was signed, but before the closing, leaving the deal in limbo.  Drew proactively put me in touch with an excellent estate attorney to help keep the transaction on track, and a versatile handyman to make necessary repairs.  He arranged for the removal of furniture that no one would take.  He was in constant communication – all the while displaying a highly polished personality and incessant wit.  The end result was a house that sold within the prescribed timeframe, for more than the asking price.  Drew is a person worth getting to know – even if one does not need a really, really good real estate agent.

Without Drew the purchase of our dream home would not have happened. I can't tell you how indispensable his experience and extensive local knowledge was to making our purchase happen. We attempted to use one of the major banks to handle our mortgage. After assuring us we were all set on our loan, they pulled the rug out from under us AFTER the close of business on our last day for the financing contingency. That left us with two weeks to close and no loan. Drew immediately rallied his local contacts in the mortgage industry and worked with the seller's agent (whom he had known for years) to get us a short extension in case it was needed. Two weeks later we were signed and sealed with a loan for more money and at a lower interest rate than what the national bank was going to give. The sale was completed and the house was ours! Without Drew's extensive experience, impeccable reputation and in-depth knowledge of the local market and all of the local players, we would have been left foundering and had not only lost the house, but our $30,000 deposit as well. We also used Drew to sell our current home once we completed the purchase of our new house. Drew pulled out all the stops by using a new 360 degree virtual tour technology in addition to the standard still photographs for the listing. Within two weeks we had a buyer and the sale was completed without a hitch. Finding the right property is only part of the equation, making sure you have the best, most experienced agent is without a doubt necessary to make it happen. We have purchased at least a dozen properties for both our primary residence and investment purposes over the years. Never before has an agent worked so hard or proven to be so invaluable as was Drew.

We just bought a home in Indigo Run thanks to the invaluable guidance and help of Drew Butler.
